COURSE 1
In this course the student will:

Demonstrate foundational coaching skills in real life scenarios.
Create clear, ethical coaching agreements for sessions and engagements.
Use active listening, powerful questioning, and presence to evoke client awareness.
Integrate peer and mentor feedback to enhance the coaching effectiveness.
Begin logging hours toward your ICF credential.
In this course the student will:
Conduct full coaching sessions observed by faculty
Peer & Mentor Coaching
Submit and review recorded sessions for evaluation
