Catalyst Coach Academy was founded by three partners with more than 15,000 combined coaching hours.
Jamie and Ruthie both earned the MCC credential through the International Coaching Federation. Their evaluation experience directly shaped the Academy’s competency-based structure.
David Whitehead, founding partner, brings nearly 15 years of leadership and coaching experience in organizational settings. After years of coaching outside a formal ICF framework, he chose to align his work with ICF standards to strengthen professional consistency and shared language.
