Foundations of Professional Coaching

This course builds a strong grounding in the ICF Core Competencies and Code of Ethics. Students learn to:
Distinguish coaching from advising, consulting, and counseling
Structure coaching conversations clearly
Cultivate trust and psychological safety

Apply ICF performance markers in real conversations

Coaching Practicum & Demonstration Lab
