Welcome to Catalyst Coach Academy By enrolling in our programs, accessing our website, or participating in our courses, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not access or use our services.
Enrollment in any Catalyst Coach Academy program requires:
Completion of the official registration process
Acceptance into the program (if applicable)
Payment of tuition in full or enrollment in an approved payment plan
Agreement to comply with all Academy policies
Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Catalyst Coach Academy reserves the right to accept or decline enrollment at its discretion.
Tuition rates are published on the official program page or enrollment agreement at the time of registration.
Payment plans, if offered, must be completed according to the agreed schedule.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal from the program.
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
CCA reserves the right to adjust future pricing without notice.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Refund requests submitted at least fourteen (14) days before the program start date may be eligible for a refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued once the program has begun.
Missed classes are not refundable.
If Catalyst Coach Academy cancels a cohort, participants will receive a full refund of tuition paid.
For ICF Level 1 programs and other certification tracks:
Participants must attend at least 85% of live instructional hours.
More than two absences may require private make-up sessions at the Academy’s current hourly rate.
All assignments, practice coaching hours, and mentor coaching requirements must be completed to receive a certificate of completion.
Failure to meet requirements may result in not receiving completion documentation.
All course materials, including but not limited to curriculum content, slides, recordings, worksheets, proprietary tools, and written resources, are the intellectual property of Catalyst Coach Academy.
Materials are provided for personal educational use only and may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, recorded, or resold without prior written permission.
Participants agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
Personal information shared by other participants
Practice coaching sessions
Case studies and private discussions
While CCA fosters a confidential learning environment, participants are responsible for maintaining confidentiality in peer interactions.
Catalyst Coach Academy provides professional coach education and training.
CCA does not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Participants are responsible for practicing within their professional scope and complying with applicable laws and ethical standards.
Catalyst Coach Academy’s programs are designed to align with the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Completion of a CCA program does not guarantee approval of any ICF credential. Participants are responsible for meeting all credentialing requirements set by the ICF.
CCA reserves the right to modify curriculum to remain aligned with evolving accreditation standards.
Participants are responsible for maintaining reliable internet access and appropriate technology for virtual participation.
CCA is not responsible for technical issues outside its control. Session recordings may be provided at CCA’s discretion.
Participants agree to:
Engage respectfully and professionally
Uphold ethical coaching standards
Avoid disruptive or harmful behavior
Contribute to a psychologically safe learning environment
CCA reserves the right to remove a participant for misconduct. Removal due to misconduct will not result in a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catalyst Coach Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in its programs.
Participants assume full responsibility for their professional decisions and outcomes.
Personal information collected during enrollment is used solely for program administration and communication. CCA does not sell personal information to third parties.
Catalyst Coach Academy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Tennessee.
